Ingredients
4 lbs | Cooking apples |
1/4 cup | Water |
1 cup | Honey |
1 teaspoon | Allspice |
1 teaspoon | Nutmeg |
Directions
Yield: 6 cups
Cut apples into quarters without peeling or coring and place in a large saucepan. Add water, then cover. Cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally. Press apples through colander. Add Bee Maid Honey and spices to applesauce; stir to blend.
