Grilled Peach and Honey
Serves: 2
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 fresh peaches
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- as needed maple syrup
- pinch soft brown sugar
- Ice cream (optional)
Directions
- Cut the peaches in half, remove stone then cut the halves again.
- On a griddle pan, brush some butter. Then bring the pan to a gentle heat.
- Brush the peaches with maple syrup and place face down first. Occasionally move the peaches about so as not to stick to the pan. Shake pan often.
- Grill for 6-10 minutes until the peaches go soft.
- Remove from the pan when done and add to a plate.
- Drizzle with the honey and then sprinkle the sugar over the peaches.
- Serve with ice cream if desired
