Grilled Peach and Honey: Thursday’s BUZZworthy Recipe

 

Grilled Peach and Honey

Serves: 2

Time: 15 minutes

  • 2 fresh peaches
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • as needed maple syrup
  • pinch soft brown sugar
  • Ice cream (optional)

 

Directions

  • Cut the peaches in half, remove stone then cut the halves again.
  • On a griddle pan, brush some butter. Then bring the pan to a gentle heat.
  • Brush the peaches with maple syrup and place face down first. Occasionally move the peaches about so as not to stick to the pan. Shake pan often.
  • Grill for 6-10 minutes until the peaches go soft.
  • Remove from the pan when done and add to a plate.
  • Drizzle with the honey and then sprinkle the sugar over the peaches.
  • Serve with ice cream if desired
