Honey Joys
Ingredients
- 8 cup cornflakes
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180?C.
- In a small saucepan melt the butter, sugar and honey until it starts to froth.
- In a large mixing bowl, tip in the 8 cups of cornflakes.
- Pour the melted mixture into the cornflakes and quickly mix evenly through the cornflakes before it begins to set.
- Place 20 cupcake cases, evenly spaced onto a flat oven tray. Using a spoon, fill the cases to the top.
- Place completed oven tray into the oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove tray from the oven and place onto a wire cooling rack. Place the filled rack into the refrigerator for approximately 10 minutes allowing them to set.
- Time to enjoy and make sure to save some for the kids!
