Ingredients
1 cup | Milk |
4 | Eggs |
1/4 cup | Honey |
3 Tablespoons | Melted butter |
1 cup | All-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | Baking soda |
Directions
Makes 8 popovers
Using electric mixer, beat together milk, eggs, honey and butter. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir milk mixture into dry ingredients; mix until well blended. Pour into greased muffin tins or popover pans, filling 1/2 full. Bake at 450�F for 5 minutes. Reduce oven to 350�F; bake 25 minutes, until puffed and browned. Remove from oven; serve immediately.
