Ingredients
- 2 – 3 tablespoons – honey, plus more for drizzling
- 1 cup – ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon – lemon zest
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
Directions
Stir together ricotta, honey, and zest.
Serve with the bread and fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey.
*Spread can be refrigerated, in an airtight container, up to 1 week.
